Maxi-Car will hand over your vehicle to you clean, completely checked (operability, engine and tires) and fully documented.
The handover and return of the vehicle takes place at the specified address and must take place within office opening hours. If the delivery location is different than the handover location, we charge a one-way fee of € 20.oo
If the end of the rental is longer than 4 hours as the start of the rental, 1 day will be charged.
3. Fuel.
Fuel is not included in the price. The vehicle will be delivered to you with a full tank of fuel and must be handed over to us with a full tank of fuel when returned.
4. Payment.
Payment is made exclusively by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or similar), either in advance or when you pick up the vehicle on site. Cash payment only with prior agreement with us. If paying in cash, a deposit of at least €200 must be paid. The owner of the designated credit card must be present at the time the vehicle is picked up and must be able to identify themselves with a valid ID card or passport.
By signing the rental agreement, the tenant authorizes Maxi-Car S.L. to charge outstanding amounts to his credit card at the end of the rental agreement, be it rental costs, accident damage that is not covered by the insurance, or other costs (penalties) that are borne by the tenant.
5. Child seats and booster seats.
The child seats (suitable for children from 9 months to 2 years) and booster seats (2 to 12 years) offered free of charge with the rental car are quality tested and meet European standards.
Maxi-Car, however, under no circumstances agrees to carry out the assembly in the vehicle. The customer is responsible for installing these seats and is solely responsible for the correctness of the assembly and its possible consequences.
6. Insurance.
Fully comprehensive insurance with €400.00 self-service is included in the rental price. The renter must notify Maxi-Car immediately after an accident. Please note that it is very important to complete the accident report (which will be given to you with the vehicle documents), a copy of which, signed by all drivers, must be returned to our office within 24 hours.
7. Exceptions to insurance coverage.
Flat tires, damage to tires, rims or the underbody of the vehicle, damage to third parties or to one's own vehicle caused by improper operation due to grossly negligent driving behavior or due to inability to drive, the renter is obliged to pay the total amount of the repair plus all costs of all kinds incurred as a result of the accident.
If the accident report was not completed on time or does not correspond to the true facts.
Damage caused by alcohol or drug abuse.
Vehicle theft by leaving the key in the ignition.
Loss or damage to keys or remote control.
Fire damage, stains or other damage to the vehicle interior.
Damage caused by incorrect fuel filling.
Personal items inside the vehicle.
8. Regulations.
The age limit for Maxi-Car is between the minimum age of 25 and the maximum age of 75 years.
You should also have at least 2 years of driving experience. If these requirements are not met, special conditions must be agreed.
The driver(s) of the vehicle must have a valid driving license within the European Union. The original driver's license must be presented on site when the contract is concluded. (Photocopies are not accepted).
Any change to the contractual conditions must be approved in writing by the landlord.
9. Driving restrictions.
The use of the vehicle is prohibited outside of Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands).
That persons other than those authorized in the contract drive the vehicle.
To transport people or goods if this directly or indirectly means subletting the vehicle.
It is also prohibited to transport objects in the vehicle that could damage, destroy or stain the interior of the vehicle.
We would like to point out that until the vehicle is returned, the renter/driver is legally fully responsible, especially for violations of the road traffic regulations. The tenant is liable to the landlord for all resulting fines, fees and other costs.
10. Place of Jurisdiction.
The courts of the Communidad Valenciana, where the rental agreement was concluded, shall have jurisdiction over the dispute between the landlord and tenant, expressly waiving any other place of jurisdiction.
1. When concluding a rental agreement for a rental car, the customer deposits a form
Landlord (Maxicar S.L.) set deposit.
The deposit is due in cash when the vehicle is handed over or must be paid in advance via PayPal.

3. Because penalties in Spain may only follow the vehicle owner for up to six weeks
If the offense is served, the landlord reserves the right to transfer the amount back

4. An amount of € 10 will be charged for any costs incurred (foreign transfer, etc.).
